This is one of my Mister’s favourite dishes and I reckon my Pops will love it too. It makes a quick, yummy one-dish meal, ideal for a quick, weekend lunch or even dinner. Also a nice dish for that Summer afternoon at the beach.

I find that this is also a dish suitable for young kids as it is not spicy at all. Of course for those who would prefer it spicy, alterations can be made to the amount of pepper  and chilli flakes used. A very versatile one dish meal, which is super easy to prepare! (as always!)
