Ingredients
Half packet Vermicelli Noodles
1tablespoonMinced garlic
1TablespoonChilli Flakes
Light Soya Sauce to taste
4Stalks ScallionsSpring Onions, Chopped
Dash of Sesame Oiloptional
2tablespoonSunflower Oil
Instructions
Soak noodles in warm water, wash and drain.
Heat Sunflower Oil in a wok.
Add in Garlic.
Add in Chilli Flakes.
Fry till fragrant.
Add in Light Soya Sauce
Add in Noodles, give a good toss.
Add in Scallions.
Let Noodles Char before turning off heat.
Serve warm.
Notes
I use Sunflower oil as a healthier option. Any type of cooking oil can be used for this dish. Do not over-toss Noodles as this may result in Noodles breaking up into short strands.
