Quick 5 Ingredients Fried Noodles

A quick versatile dish, which complements a variety of dishes and cuisine

Ingredients

  • Half packet Vermicelli Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Flakes
  • Light Soya Sauce to taste
  • 4 Stalks Scallions Spring Onions, Chopped
  • Dash of Sesame Oil optional
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  • Soak noodles in warm water, wash and drain.
  • Heat Sunflower Oil in a wok.
  • Add in Garlic.
  • Add in Chilli Flakes.
  • Fry till fragrant.
  • Add in Light Soya Sauce
  • Add in Noodles, give a good toss.
  • Add in Scallions.
  • Let Noodles Char before turning off heat.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

I use Sunflower oil as a healthier option. Any type of cooking oil can be used for this dish.
Do not over-toss Noodles as this may result in Noodles breaking up into short strands.
