Bea's Quick Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Lamb Chops
  • 1 tbsp of Roasted Cumin Seeds
  • Dash of Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Scrape any excess fat off Lamb Chops (optional)
  • Give Lamb Chops a quick rinse and pat dry with paper towel.
  • Coat Lamb Chops with roasted Cumin seeds as much as possible.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan to high heat.
  • Once hot enough, sprinkle some salt and release some freshly ground black pepper onto the pan and place Lamb Chops into the pan.
  • Grill lamb chops for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on how you would prefer it done.
  • Serve hot with a side of steamed Broccolli or salad

Notes

It is optional to scrape the excess fat off the lamb chops. I do it more for health reasons to reduce the natural fat because chops would have more natural fat draining at the point of cooking.
Cooking times would vary, depending on the size of the lamb chops.
