Carlos Bakeshop Las Vegas is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes. If you are a Cake Boss fan, then you would probably be super excited to be here! I am not an avid Cake Boss Fan but I Love watching it on TV. I simply love watching food show. Nevertheless, Cake Boss is one of the shows that does impress me as I am no baker! 
Carlos Bakeshop Las Vegas was almost consistently busy and crowded. Nevertheless it was definitely worth the queue, at least to turn whatever I have been watching on Telly into reality. It was fascinating to watch how the baking crew worked in the Carlos Bakeshop kitchen, up close and personal. I left with some pretty cookies and also a cannoli and an éclair. It was pretty yummy but it has to be eaten fresh I would say. A tip from me, if you ever get anything from Carlos Bakeshop, ensure that everything is finished on the day of purchase so you don’t miss out on the freshness and yummy-ness!
