From the service,to the cleanliness, to the comfort and of course not forgetting the location, Impiana wins! Definitely wasn’t a first visit but this is one hotel, I keep coming back to on KL trips, as a couple, with family or even on business trips. The club rooms are very appropriate for both leisure and business, very suitable for those looking into killing two birds with one stone in the very busy KL city.
Of course with meals served almost constantly throughout the day for Club floor guests, guests are definitely well fed. The Swasana Spa is definitely one of KL’s best too! 
The view from the rooms projected the beautiful KL twin towers and gave a lovely view of the busy city. Yet somehow, the peacefulness and relaxing ambience within the hotel was being contained well within its walls.
Location wise, Impiana KLCC definitely wins again! Being in between KLCC and Pavilion, guests of Impiana can reach either of these amazing shopping malls, not just for shopping but food too super easily by foot. The crazy KL traffic can never get in your way!
Overall, Impiana KLCC is the place to be when spending time away from home in KL. Look no further than Impiana!
