Max Brenner brings back lovely memories of Melbourne for me. I can still remember vividly my first encounter with Max Brenner’s hot chocolate, years ago, in Melbourne. And now, Max Brenner is in Perth – yes people, you heard it right! Max Brenner is now in Perth, with its first location opened at Lakeside Joondalup.
It was definitely worth the slightly long after work travel to Lakeside Joondalup, for some Choco-fix. The ambience at Max Brenner was perfect for that casual ‘after work hang out’. Looking at all the chocolatey surroundings, it made me feel like I was in a Chocolate Wonderland! 🙂 As much as I wanted the Waffles, there was just so much my lil tummy could take in, after a heavy dinner. So J had his coffee fix, while I decided on the Chocolate Frappe. Although the photo may not do it much justice, my Choco Frappe was just divine 🙂 Look at J’s ‘Hug Mug’ coffee, isn’t it just too cute to even drink?
And Dear Waffles, we’ll be back soon enough for you, maybe a waffles dinner this time, you up for it my dear Mister? 😉
