One of my favourite fruits since my childhood days is Avocados. That creamy, milky texture of Avocados is just so lusciously delicious! I am not a milk fan but I am an Avocado fan. 🙂 I just do not drink fresh milk, neither am I much of a dairy fan – no particular reason. Only thing I can think of would be, perhaps drinking milk was never made a routine for me when I was growing up – unlike the baby sister who is a HUGE milk drinker. I was more of an eater aye. I ate real food. 😉
Alright before anyone even wonders why the sudden mention of milk, when I actually started off this post with Avocados! Ahahkz! Well, it is simply because I love Avocado Shakes and that would be the closest thing to milk. I just love avocado shakes and smoothies, whipped up with some condensed milk and Cacao…ohhh yumm…
Back to Avocadoes, this recipe is something I created and simply love and keep doing it over and over and over again! Sometimes, I even use it as a salad dressing, as an alternative to mayonnaise or any other creamy dressings, for a healthier meal choice. It is such a versatile recipe which is perfect for dips and when tweaked around slightly, it is perfect to be made as a chutney, served with steak, as well as fish! Isn’t that awesome? Better still, it only takes 15minutes max to prepare – Really awesome aye?? 🙂
